Our signature experience includes our signature Aura process, full planning and design with florals and a mobile bar for around 50 guests. Take the stress off by focusing on your intentions and creating meaning in your gathering with the guidance of the Aura team.

Florals

You will get a free consultation meeting with Thistle as soon as you are booked with us.  Customization is possible and add-ons are available.  

Example Package: Bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaid-sized bouquets, a mixture of bud vases & tablescape florals, 2-4 boutonnières (based on need), a small-mid sized ceremony arrangement (can be customized with add-on expense)

Photography (Available in 2024 and select 2023 dates)

Your photography package with Boston Mountain Photography includes up to 5 hours of coverage, complimentary engagement session, 1-2 rolls of film, day after sneak peeks, custom GIFs and an online gallery with unlimited images! Add-ons available.

On the House Mobile Bar or Bar Carts

Includes 2 Signature Cocktails, Garnishes, cups, mixers & juices, cocktail napkins & straws, and fun, professionally licensed and insured bartenders. 

If the reception is primarily indoors, we will offer the option to use the bar cart which can used indoors.

Partial Planning

Our partial planning package is perfect for couples who have some vendors chosen and an idea of what they want their day to look like but need some help hashing out the details. We provide our guidance and regular check ins throughout the planning process and are there to execute your most perfect day. This package is built around the individual couple's needs.

Month-Of Coordination

This service is ideal for couples who have all of their details down (hello my Type A friends!), but understand that the wedding day is a day to relax and let someone else besides the couple, parents, or friends get things done. 

We do not offer "day-of" coordination because in our past experience, the coordinator needs to have contact with the other vendors and access to the timeline at least one month out to have the best outcomes for everyone! Access to coordinator begins 30 days out from the wedding date.

Our micro-wedding packages are based in Northwest Arkansas. However, we are available for travel. If you have an elopement destination in mind, reach out so we can chat!

Yes, our full-service planning means we work with you to find additional vendors like catering or photographers. 
After you submit an inquiry, we will confirm that your date is available and book a time for an initial consultation. 

After your initial consultation, you'll receive a proposal and contract. A 30% deposit is required to book your date on our calendar. 
All of our micro-wedding packages are limited to around 50 guests. We can accommodate up to 65 guests for an additional fee. 
We are currently booking for limited dates for 2023 in June, July, August, September, and November. Our books for 2024 are also open.

How far out do you book?

Your lawn party can be hosted in public spaces like a park, your own backyard or an outdoor venue that you book. 
Yes, for an additional fee we can assist in securing catering and alcohol for your lawn party.
You are allotted a timeframe of 2 hours for your lawn party. This includes set-up and tear down. 
In the event of inclement weather we will assist you in rescheduling. 
After you submit an inquiry, we will confirm that your date is available and book a time for an initial consultation.
